Free standard delivery Australia-wide is available when you spend $150 or more for general products.


For orders of less than $150, shipping costs will apply.


Delivery Time


Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.


Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for your Products to be delivered from the date of dispatch within Australia or twenty (20) business days if outside Australia.


Please note that the estimated delivery timeframes are only estimates and may otherwise be impacted by external or unforeseeable events outside of our reasonable control.



We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am AEDT Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day. We deliver within Australia & Internationally & these times may vary depending on your choice of standard/express/the country of origin/the terms & conditions of Australia Post/other freight companies.


Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking notifications from Thrive Plant Food Store.


Once your order has been distributed to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary. For tracking and delivery enquiries - please quote your tracking number at www.auspost.com.au.


Changing Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at info@thriveplantfoodstore.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
