Hi, I'm Rebekah, naturopath, colon hydrotherapist, hypnotherapist and founder of Yes2Health Wellness Clinic in Narellan.
I've been in private practice for over 16 years, and in that time I've worked with hundreds of people across South West Sydney who were tired of being told their symptoms were just normal. Bloating, fatigue, hormonal chaos, brain fog, weight that won't shift. These things are common, but they are not something you have to accept.
My approach is simple. Find the root cause, support the body properly, and give you the tools to actually understand what is going on inside.
My Background
Before naturopathy, I trained as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and spent seven years at Hopewood Health Retreat, Sydney's oldest health retreat, renowned for its fasting and cleansing programs. That's where my deep interest in gut health, detoxification and the body's ability to heal itself really took hold.
From there I completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Naturopathic Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy and haven't looked back since.
Over the years I've added colon hydrotherapy, remedial massage therapy, hypnotherapy and most recently Live Blood, Dry Blood and Applied Nutritional Microscopy to my skill set, because the more tools you have, the better you can serve your clients.
What I Believe
Health isn't one size fits all. Every person who walks through the door at Yes2Health gets a personalised approach, because what works for one person won't necessarily work for another, and real results come from understanding the individual, not just the symptom.
I grew up in a household shaped by health. My mother was a nurse, my father a doctor. But it was the natural, holistic side of healing that always called to me. I genuinely love what I do, and I genuinely care about the people I work with.
