We provide Online Consultations via Zoom/ Skype or Whats App. Prior to your Online Consultation, you will receive a questionnaire via email which needs to be sent back to me. Then all you need to do after emailing me back the form is to turn up on the day to your online appointment. During this hour I will ask you a series of questions about your medical history and we will discuss your health concerns and what you are hoping to achieve. I will then provide recommendations and strategies for you to work on over the next month. After the appointment I will send you a summarised treatment plan and nutritional/ herbal/ supplemental recommendations which will be posted to your home. Additional tests may be required depending on your individual case.
