This Returns Policy is part of, subject to and incorporated by reference to Y2H PTY LTD – Terms and Conditions which is otherwise available here.
- you notify Y2H PTY LTD to the contrary by email within twenty-one (21) days of purchase of any Products; and
- such notification is confirmed by return email within seven (7) days of its receipt by Seller; and
- the Products are unopened and in their original condition and packaging (including with all manuals, warranty cards and accessories that accompanied the Product),
the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.
If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. Y2H PTY LTD will offer a replacement Product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If a product or shipment is lost, stolen or damaged, Y2H PTY LTD will not be held responsible. It is the Customer’s responsibility to report & resolve the issue with Australia Post.
Y2H PTY LTD will not refund the cost to the Customer for an incorrect purchase or change of mind.
If the products have deteriorated or changed due to weather & temperature conditions, Y2H PTY LTD will not be held responsible.
Y2H PTY LTD takes no responsibility for products that have spoiled due to non-compliance of the recommended hygiene guidelines by the Customer.
In the event you are required to return a Product to Y2H PTY LTD under this Returns Policy, you are required to contact the Customer Support Centre at Y2H PTY LTD prior to shipping any Product back to Y2H PTY LTD. In the event your return is accepted, you will be supplied with a unique identifier – without this, your return may not be able to be processed or located.
Products sought to be returned beyond 21 days of purchase may not qualify for a refund and/or may incur additional costs.
For any Products that are considered as food, treats or are edible and are opened – exchanges and/or returns are not able to be satisfied due to strict health policies and applicable laws and regulations.
We will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. The postage cost for the return will be borne by the Customer except where Y2H PTY LTD subsequently deems the returned Product faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the Site in which case Y2H PTY LTD will refund the postage cost to the Customer.
